项目概况 Project Introduction

   滨海高新区·软件与服务外包产业基地（下简称“基地”），是滨海高新区根据国务院加速发展服务外包产业有关精神和商务部关于服务外包基地城市的要求所确定的重点工程。其中，核心区占地606亩，是整个基地假设的先到工程，坐落于滨海高新区华苑产产业区的核心区域。

    Software And Service Outsourcing lndustry Base in Binhai HI-TECH Industry Park(hereinafter referred to “base”),is a major project planned by Binhai HI-TECH Industry Park ,according to the resolution made by the State Council to enhance service outsourcing industry and the demand made by the Ministry of Commerce about the service outsourcing base city.Binhai HI-TECH industry Park,Software And Service Outsourcing Industry Base Core Zone,covered an area of 606mu and located in the central part of Binhai HI-TECH industry Park Huayuan industrial Area,is a pilot project of the base construciton.
