以人类体验为设计导向,创造一个可以持续产生创新活动的园区环境,自然的、生态的、充满浪漫色彩的,集工作、休闲、居住于一体的多功能场所,提供优越的生活服务设施和宜人的景观环境。
通过对整个功能区块进行整合分类,创造出独具特色的空间环境,激发技术人员创新热情,塑造多层次的人际交流平台,创造一个能够最大限度地促进人们之间相互沟通的“交流型园区”。
The overall plan is guided by the concept of “eco-smart city”,according to the principle of organic developing in the Base and the harmony between human beings and the nature. It will be built as an advanced research and development area with a highly developed, concentrated and strong ecosystem involving cultural ecology,environmental ecology,business ecology and value ecology.
The Core Zone is based on human experience and provides an environment that keeps making innovative activities. It is a multi-functional place where integrates work,entertain and reside,also full of themosphere of natural,ecological and romantic.People in this area can enjoy the various convenient facilities as well as excellent scenery.
With classifying an integrating different functional districts,it also provides a unique space,stimulates technicians’enthusiasm for innovation,creates multi-level exchange platforms,and helps to form an exchange-type area that makes people communicate with each other completely.

强强联合:由美国GENSLER规划设计,美国EDAW公司进行景观设计。
突出国际化生态大盘的特点,雕刻规整的城市景观意境,尊重自由、生态和自然的环境,强调和丰富人文融合的空间曾次。
在空间设计上即考虑了软件企业灵活性和个性化需求,又要保持其独立性和私密性,从而提供与其工作特点相协调的舒适环境。
14万平米的全地下车库设计,每万平米面积可容纳70个停车位,地上预留少量重要访客停车位,进一步提升了项目的景观品质。
The Core Zone is planned and designed by two giants,the American Gensler Company and the American EDAW Company.
The plan reflects the international ecological characteristic,makes it a formal city landscape,respects the relationship between freedom,ecology and nature,emphasizes space planning and enriches cultural integration.
The flexibility and personality of the software development companies have been considered,and their independency and privacy have been ensured,thus a comfortable environment suit to the work requirements is created.
It provides a 140,000-square-meter underground garage,with 70 parking spaces per 10,000 square meters.There are some parking spaces on the ground for VIP.In so doning ,the landscape quality of the project is improved further.
